Enrollment Online Basics

This session is about the Enrollment Online (EO) module for eSchoolPlus+ that was built by SunGard. EO lets us move the entry of initial student data (for both new and returning students) into the hands of student families, keep those forms and processing electronic, and keep districted-defined data in eSchoolPlus+. It also lets us keep the Update form open year-round, if we choose, to allow anytime-updates for selected items. Let’s explore what we can do with the three parts of the tool: Administrative Form Setup, Parent/Guardian Data Entry, Registrar Form Handling. Midge Stocker from Evanston Township High School District 202 will demonstrate and describe how EO is used there. This use case will include discussion of user interface enhancements made via a Joint Development Project for EO sponsored by a number of districts in 2015. If you’re using EO already, please come share your experience with this well-integrated system tool. If you’re considering implementing EO as your Registration solution, come learn what’s been done elsewhere.
