Is your district’s core Fixed Assets processes the most efficient that it can be? This session will overview all the new best practice methods from Account Payable to Fixed Assets. This alternative process has been developed where the Accounts Payable information is written to a holding place from where several operations (merging multiple invoice records into a single fixed asset and splitting of invoice lines where quantity is more than 1) can be initiated. This session will review the new process to create assets and how to manage them once created. Who should take this class: Individuals who deal with accounts payable, core financials and fixed assets.
